I am currently under contract as a Prompt Engineer Consultant for Google through TEKSystems. Throughout my day, I am evaluating model responses to actual user queries for factuality, clarity, and severity of inaccurate information through research and analysis. The work I do is crucial to Google\'s advance development of their LLMs ability to provide users with valid and accurate information that is relevant to their needs, while also supporting the businesses that rely on search queries to increase online traffic and customer engagement. This role requires strong analytical skills along with an adept ability to justify reasoning and swiftly adapt to shifting priorities and changes to guidelines. As a Project Lead at GlobalLogic, I managed, reviewed, and reported data and led teams to develop cutting-edge AI chat technologies for our client, Google. As Culture and Engagement Lead and Pod Lead, I made contributions that spanned change management, fostered collaboration, and enhanced process improvement through feedback collection and implementation while nurturing inclusive, innovation-driven environments. My work as a Senior Editor has primarily focused on quality assurance and working with individual curators to improve understanding of the task and implement process improvement project-wide. My work has spanned across five major projects that have each produced thousands of data points.At Arrive Logistics as a Business Development Representative, I collaborated cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders in order to fulfill clients\' needs for timely transportation of goods and materials. With an MPH in Health Policy & Management from Texas A&M, expertise bridges qualitative research and organizational transformation.
