About MacOn Mobley

I’m a student at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a member of the Shuford Program in Entrepreneurship, with a strong interest in the intersection of finance, operations, and early-stage growth. My experience spans both structured finance environments and high-growth startups. Most recently, I’ve been working in Product & Operations at Beams in London, where I’ve supported product development, analyzed workflows, and contributed to scaling internal systems during a critical growth phase. Previously, I worked in finance at Collins Aerospace and in private equity at Tigbourne Capital Ltd, gaining exposure to financial analysis, operational strategy, and international investment opportunities. Across these roles, I’ve developed a strong ability to break down ambiguous problems, build structured solutions, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments. I’m particularly interested in private equity and venture capital as pathways to build a deep foundation in financial analysis while staying close to innovation and company-building. Currently seeking opportunities where I can contribute, learn quickly, and work alongside driven teams.
