   I handle Web Operations at Schell Games. In this role, I design, develop, and manage marketing sites, internal web apps, and backend services for our games.Experience includes- I spearheaded a complete redesign of schellgames.com - including creating a product and design brief, creating a new design system, and then redesigning and redeveloping the site. The site uses a Kirby CMS backend with a Vue 3 front-end. In the end, we ended up decreasing overall bounce rate by ~20%- I designed and helped develop and manage a suite of internal web tools, including performance evaluation and graphing tools as well as backend webservices that support the operation of our online games (including Among Us 3D)- I regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams and I managed contractors and vendors to launch 7+ websites and counting- I scaffolded custom CI/CD solutions to optimize deployment and site management, leading to >99.5% uptime across all sites.
