   Business Process Optimization & Project Management: Conducted optimization and build-out efforts for other companies, including optimizing processes and managing the implementation and education of new systems. Specialized in optimizing, automating, and building hiring, lead qualification, onboarding, employee handbook, and fulfillment processes for a variety of industries, with a budget of per project. Managed up to 5 custom-coded database builds at a time, handling all aspects of the project from communication and optimization to building and educating the client on the system. Manufactured a fully automated 26-step high-touch client onboarding and contract completion system using Airtable, Zapier, Slack, PandaDoc, Stacker, Typeform, and Kajabi, resulting in a 12-hour time savings per client onboarded. Created an internal dashboard that compiled all needed client information and created an easy-to-follow process for clients to start The Productivity Accelerator. Successfully managed the implementation of a comprehensive whiteboarding process using Miro, Airtable, and Zapier, mapping out the optimized business infrastructure in minute detail and identifying automation recipes. Acted as a guide for business owners and the wire-frame for the buildout of optimized systems, resulting in the removal of bottlenecks and allowing business owners to conduct their business in a more streamlined manner.
