In my role as HR Coordinator at Crane CPE, I work closely with the HR Manager and HR Generalist to recruit and retain top talent. Duties include- Recruit for all hourly production roles through job postings, attending external career fairs, and planning internal career fairs (Manufacturing Day)- Manage and structure the internship and apprenticeship programs - Onboard and lead day 1 orientation for new hourly hires - Organize and execute site-wide events, such as the annual Crane Fund for Widows and Children Reception, and other projects as needed
