About MacKenzie Pittman

I am a rising Junior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and I\'m currently working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. As someone who grew up in a large family, I am able to cooperate and communicate effectively with people of all ages. Communication has allowed me to connect with others and express my thoughts and feelings confidently. I approach issues with a positive outlook, making sure to see the glass half full! I have also had a lot of experience in relationship building through my involvements in college like my sorority and the Women of Haslam club. My communication skills have allowed me to be able to effectively communicate in the workspace, whether that be giving and receiving criticism, or greeting people at the door. Communication will help me be successful in the management field in my future as I look forward to building strong relationships with my co-workers and clients.My career goal is to pursue my passion in investment management, and eventually hold a high position in a financial management company. I have always been interested in the stock market, as I have followed it daily since the age of 14. I am eager to build relationships with a foundation of communication and trust where I can effectively help people manage their money through investments. Currently, I am working towards an internship, and I am thrilled to see where my strengths and care for others will lead me.
