Mackenzie J. Lowry is passionate about building high-impact healthcare companies. Previously, as an early team member, advisor, or executive, she has helped advance healthcare companies throughout many stages of business growth, from pre-investment to acquisition. She has worked with companies focused on Primary Care Delivery Models, Medicare’s Bundled Payments for Care Improvement (BCPI) Initiative, Healthcare Data Integration & HIPAA Compliance, Telemedicine & Remote Patient Monitoring, Cancer Screening Visualization Technology, and other innovative approaches to care delivery. Mackenzie has worked with healthcare thought leaders from Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), Tufts University School of Medicine, and the U.S. Senate. Her research has been published in the American Journal of Public Health, in a leading healthcare economics textbook Cost-Effectiveness in Health and Medicine, 2nd Edition (Oxford University Press, 2016) and The Harvard Political Review. She is also a contributing author to the #1 Amazon best-selling textbook on social entrepreneurship, Do Good Well: Your Guide to Leadership, Action, and Social Innovation (Wiley: Jossey-Bass, 2013). Her health policy advocacy work has been honored by organizations including the American Cancer Society and Glamour Magazine, as well as featured on the Today Show on NBC.Mackenzie holds an A.B. degree from Harvard University in History and Science with a minor in Global Health and Health Policy.
