I have been providing Information Technology support and leadership in varying capacities since I recently joined JPMorganChase as an Executive Director on their Global Multimedia team. Prior to my current role I was a Senior Director of the Executive Support Team at First Republic Bank. FRB was acquired by JPMorganChase in 2023. I am proud to say that I founded that Executive Support team in 2018. With FRB my team and I provided high-touch, white glove support to our C-Suite Executives and a number of other Senior Executives. I also acted as the AV/technical producer and onsite support for all of our major corporate calls and conferences. I\'m confident in pressure situations and know how to deal with the unique needs of senior executives. I take pride in providing high touch service and attention to detail in the work I do. I like surrounding myself with people who share my work ethic and care about the quality of work they do. I have been recognized on multiple occasions for the excellent service I provide on a regular basis. I\'m a firm believer that culture and mindset are the most important factors for success.
