   As a member of the U.S. Business Communications team, I lead internal communications for MetLife’s U.S. Business, managing a high-performing team that supports Group Benefits, Retirement & Income Solutions, and MetLife Holdings. In this role, I provide strategic counsel and oversee executive messaging, employee engagement efforts, and high-impact communications aligned to business priorities. Previously, I served as a strategic communications advisor to senior leader stakeholders across Human Resources and played an active role in executive communication planning and execution for the Chief Human Resources Officer. I worked closely with the HR Chief of Staff on internal HR-to-HR communications. I also served as the lead internal communications business partner to the head of Corporate Affairs.
