WORK HISTORY
Therapist @The Sexuality, Attachment, & Trauma Project
NY, US
In my clinical work, I provide individual and couples therapy with a focus on trauma, identity, intimacy, and relational dynamics. I draw from psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches to help clients explore emotional patterns and deepen their self-understanding. My practice is LGBTQIA+-affirming, sex-positive, and culturally responsive, supporting clients navigating shame, grief, compulsive behaviors, and nontraditional relationships. I have completed advanced training in trauma-informed care, grief and culturally competent LGBTQIA+ practice. I’ve also contributed to the development of psychoeducational tools addressing emotional safety, communication, and shame, particularly in the context of sexuality and how that manifests in therapy. My background in the arts informs a creative, attuned, and collaborative presence in the therapy room.
