I am a Senior Level Real Estate Advisor located in Downtown Orlando and have been working Full-time in the Real Estate Industry since 2017. I am second Generation Commercial Broker from Lake Nona. Here I was raised and witnessed Mass Development scaling from Agriculture Pastures to Class A Medical City. I have Sold & Leased an approximate Volume of majority being in Commercial Sales & Leasing, and does include vacant land and residential. My strengths are evaluating Investments and Corporate Leasing. I am Brokered by EXP Realty, and have been with my Organization since March 31, 2019. I am a Certified Mentor, a Team Leader and have a Leadership position at my brokerage. In 2021, I qualified to register as a Standardized Team with EXP Realty and successfully recruited, trained, and refined Beginner Licensees to conduct Commercial Business off lead sources I provided for them. I have met most Portfolio requirements to meet the CCIM candidate guidelines and plan to Become a CCIM Member in the Central FL Chapter. And I have taken my Real Estate Brokers Course.
