I am an endurance coach for the University of Oregon Triathlon team as well as independent athletes seeking running, cycling, swimming and triathlon coaching. I also conduct metabolic testing: VO2max, lactate threshold with state of the art University research level equipment at the Bowerman Sports Science Center in Eugene, Oregon. I create specific training plans and tailor workouts for the busy, modern multi-sport lifestyle. Helping others achieve personal success in the active community.
