ABOUT MACKENZIE KILGARIFF

I bring a proven track record of success across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations, with a strong foundation in both the moving industry and legal services. My experience spans client relationship management, logistics coordination, and office leadership, allowing me to effectively bridge operational efficiency with exceptional client care. In my role with the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley, I oversee day-to-day office operations, support client communications and events, and help implement processes that enhance workflow, accountability, and overall client experience. I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are critical. Previously, with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, I developed a strong background in logistics, customer service, and marketing strategy, where I consistently increased customer satisfaction while managing complex moving operations. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from West Chester University of Pennsylvania (AACSB Accredited), equipping me with a solid foundation in business management. I’m also passionate about community impact, having led the Movers for Moms® campaign, organizing and promoting initiatives that support mothers in need. Whether it’s building strong client relationships, optimizing internal processes, or executing meaningful initiatives, I am committed to creating value and driving results for both organizations and the communities they serve.
