Interpret and administer Zillow Group’s leave of absence program and policies in accordance with the applicable federal and statement employment laws (Including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, etc.). Provide excellent service to all Zillow Group employees and their dependents, walking employees through the leave process and answering complex leave related questions.•Partner with the third-party administrator (TPA) to successfully review and follow-up on claim activity, in addition to resolving administrative errors with TPA as needed.•Proactively communicate with HR business partners and the business regarding employee leave status, leave extensions, accommodations, etc.•Partner with payroll to provide guidance on paid leaves and approved dates for commission look-back along with sales finance to confirm quota relief on approved leaves for eligible roles.•Participate in compliance review efforts, related audits, and provide input for process enhancements using data led decisions.
