My work spans global community engagement, corporate social responsibility, and strategic storytelling.Global New Hire Orientation (NHO) Strategy: Lead the design and alignment of global in-person NHO, including defining learning objectives and creating a scalable playbook for global delivery.Journey Mapping & Documentation: Lead the mapping of the onboarding journey to identify milestones and pain points, while documenting specific phases and responsibilities.Visual Roadmap Development: Create a visual timeline of the onboarding process to support future AI assistant integration.Role-Based Frameworks: Drive the creation of personalized onboarding templates for core personas (Individual Contributors, Managers, Contractors) to define common and role-specific requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with functional leads and Talent Development to refine persona-specific templates and ensure global alignment.Curriculum Development: Lead the development of foundational onboarding modules, including Insurance 101 and Guidewire 101.Pathway Architecture: Identify Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to draft functional learning pathways and establish clear learning objectives for each module.Multi-Modal Content Management: Manage the build of onboarding content across video, live, and interactive formats, including overseeing pilot programs.Manager Enablement Toolkit: Develop a comprehensive onboarding toolkit for hiring managers, featuring standardized templates, checklists, and email drafts.Manager Responsibility Framework: Define and pilot key onboarding responsibilities for managers, including calendar invites and check-in expectations.
