I’m a communications graduate with a strong foundation in leadership, conflict management, and mediation—skills that have helped me navigate complex team dynamics, resolve challenges, and communicate effectively across every stage of my career. Since earning my B.A. in Communications with a minor in Sociology from Texas A&M University in 2016, I’ve built a people-centered career rooted in purpose-driven project management.I started in Houston’s construction industry as a Project Coordinator, where I developed a strong foundation in project execution, estimating, and client communication—learning firsthand what it takes to lead teams and deliver under pressure. After relocating to Austin, I explored the nonprofit sector through my role at the Central Texas Food Bank as a Project Specialist on the Programs Team. I also served as Co-Chair of the CLAS (Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services) Standards Committee, helping embed inclusive practices into day-to-day operations.Driven by a passion for building both projects and relationships, I returned to construction and spent four years as a Project Manager at CM Constructors. There, I led with intention—prioritizing clear communication, positive team culture, and consistent project execution.Today, I serve as a Project Manager at DPR Construction. I’m excited to be part of a company whose values align with mine and to continue growing as a project leader—focused on delivering results through strong partnerships, thoughtful planning, and a deep respect for people and process.
