Chief Master Sgt. Mikael “Mack” Sundin is the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Director (SEAD), Defense Security Cooperation Agency, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. He is the principal advisor to the Director on all matters affecting organizational climate and culture, security cooperation policy and strategy; workforce recruitment, development, and retention; manpower utilization and integration; and enlisted service member training, education, and professionalism within the SC community, while enhancing opportunities for partner nation enlisted corps development. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) executes Security Cooperation programs and initiatives that develop specific partner capabilities, build alliances and partnerships, and facilitate U.S. access. DSCA is the source for SC expertise for our defense and foreign policy stakeholders, ensuring the United States remains the global partner of choice.
