   Develops and articulates business performance strategies for technology-focused groups within the Office of the CTO• Manages the execution of a $200M Capital budget across 10 directorates within the Office of the CTO.• Coordinates development of the annual capital budget for the Office of the CTO• Interim director for 6 months, led the effort to restructure the Business Office group (25 people); evolving the organization to most optimally support & enable all technology teams across ETH & E. • Created the ‘TIS Talent Management’ program, and successfully transitioned it into a new organization within PNC Technology. o Established a 3-year Talent Strategy for achieving future skill requirements, that is iterative with the changing nature of the industry. o Established an general orientation program to progressively build up new employees, giving them the opportunity to explore and understand common use tools and how the organization is structured prior to jumping into their teams/work. o Planned, coordinated, and executed 6 group hiring events, which brought in over 300 new employees into 6 Segments of the old Technology Infrastructure Services group. o Speaker in 5 events, engaging several hundred future candidates on the operational focus and culture of PNC Technology.
