Scope: BMC Helix, Kinetic, AnyDesk and other systems• Responsible for ensuring that the system fulfils targets defined in the SLA are met for all servicesprovided by VIT internal role and to continuously improve the service deliveries. • Key stakeholder when establishing new or making changes to existing SLAs by providing necessary information and gap analysis insights. • Responsible for escalations in critical cases for e.g, incidents and requests.• Responsible to ensure compliance to the relevant controls (ISMS1042; maintenance related) that apply to the system.• Creates and maintains the Service Improvement Plan for assigned SLAs or logical groupof SLAs in agreement with IT Demand (BIO, System Owner, SPOC)• Ensuring ITIL-conformity according to the harmonised ITIL Processes of VIT for all applicable processes, documenting any deviation and acquiring a waiver for any non-compliance.• Managing operational performance of suppliers• Responsible to ensure the delivery of platform-specific services: middleware, database, operating system and storage• Application management
