Strategic and financial further development of the company as well as introduction and further development of necessary and forward-looking business processes with a focus on company\'s growth strategy• Accompanying the transformation of the business model from an app development company into a Software as a Service (SaaS) company and setting up of corresponding reporting• Enhancing commercialization, further defining the company and product strategy, defining SaaS KPIs and monitoring company\'s scaling and growth.• Overall strategic and operational responsibility for the areas of finance, accounting and controlling • Responsibility for the entire commercial internal and external reporting and stakeholder management (investors, advisory board, shareholders, management, authorities)• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB, cash flow planning and target/actual deviation analysis• Analyzing the current business development based on the planning and deriving impulses for any necessary adjustments as well as profitability calculations (monitoring, ad-hoc evaluations, forecasts, etc.)• Establishment and further growth of controlling function including cost and performance accounting• Advising the management and the investors board on all strategic and business issues • Responsibility for the digitization and automation of the areas of finance, controlling & sales• Management of external service providers such as e.g. tax consultants, auditors as well as banks and insurance companies• Management and development of the team and the individual employees
