With over 25 years of experience in TV & Film production and a strong background in teaching and training across Further Education (FE), Higher Education (HE), and the industry, I now lead Training and Engagement at Gorilla Academy.I began my career as a runner and machine room operator, steadily building expertise in Post Production across both scripted and unscripted projects. My passion for shaping the next generation of editors led me to work extensively in FE and HE, as well as delivering commercial training for the TV and Film industry for over 15 years.As an Apple Master Trainer, I specialized in Final Cut Pro Studio training before managing Cardiff’s only Apple-certified post-production training centre at the time. Now, as part of Gorilla’s crew, my commitment to developing skills within the Welsh TV and Film industry remains strong. With the backing of Gorilla TV, Gorilla Academy was established—bridging industry expertise with hands-on training to empower the next wave of creative professionals.
