I bring 5 + years of clinical experience in acute care inpatient (Med/Surg, SNF, Antepartum/Postpartum, High-risk Labor and Delivery, NICU), outpatient, PAT, and PACU. I\'ve built my career on the belief that quality care and compassion show never complete- they should reinforce each other. Whether navigating authorizations or aligning care plans, I always look for the gaps, the patterns, the places where the system could be better.
