PAQ is a fully volunteer-driven organization. I, along with a few others, focus on crafting engaging content for PAQ\'s social media platforms. Additionally, I co-facilitate numerous social gatherings and programs organized by the organization. My involvement extends into the education sector, where I actively participate by speaking at schools, conferences, and doing presentations with institutions such as the Philadelphia Art Museum, and grant writing for future funding. ABOUT MACE TANSECO
Update: I am currently getting my certificates in Data Analysis and UX Design through Coursera. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Kutztown University, where I also pursued minors in Professional Writing and Women and Gender Studies. Following this, I successfully completed my Master\'s program in Publishing at Rosemont College in December 2020. Through this program, I honed the essential skills required for a career as a book editor, marketer, and aspiring business owner. My academic focus revolves around amplifying the voices of marginalized communities, encompassing women, minorities, and individuals labeled as mentally and physically disadvantaged by societal norms. Additionally, my research delves into the intricate dynamics of gender and sex fluidity, exploring their profound impact on our self-conception. Through numerous essays, I\'ve advocated for a paradigm shift in our collective mindset, urging society to reconsider the predetermined paths it imposes upon individuals.
