Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and execute projects to meet short and long-term goals for assets. Plan, coordinate, execute, and manage large-scale events at public-facing venues. Oversee the design and development of marketing collateral, branding, social media, interior design, website design, photography, videography, and creative placemaking. Manage and support multifamily asset goals and leasing initiatives. Assist in the assets redevelopment projects by creating conceptual mood boards, source samples for FF & E and signage, and provide design approval to construction managers for execution.
