However, one thing that has not changed for me over the years, is the amount of time that I take with each client in providing the necessary handholding services during the sometimes complex mortgage application process. I make sure all my clients feel comfortable from start to finish by making sure they know my mantra, that the only dumb questions are the ones you don\'t ask. I like to laugh with my clients to help ease the pressure that is often felt during this process. I take the time to explain a variety of mortgage products and services available, in order to offer recommendations based on evaluation of my individual client\'s needs. I not only provide detailed explanations of the information required, but also the reasons behind those requests. During all other aspects of the loan process, I ensure applications are completed accurately to contain required information and supporting documentation to deliver loan decisions quickly, on-time and eliminate surprises all locally and under one roof. It is for this reason that more than 95% of my business is personally referred to me by not only my past customers, but Realtors, Builders CPA\'s and Attorneys.
