   In my current position as Project Delivery Manager (PDM) within Deloitte’s Government and Public Sector practice, I serve as the Denver Pilot Site Operations Team Lead for the Department of Defense (DoD) National Disaster Medical System (NDMS) Pilot Program. This program is a congressionally mandated initiative, established under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2020 and subsequently reauthorized in 2021. My core responsibilities include fostering interoperability among military and civilian stakeholders to expand the pilot site’s capabilities and capacities. Key efforts involve cultivating stakeholder engagement to drive innovation, collaboration, and coordination; leading the development of site-specific implementation plans, benchmarks, and metrics; and advancing the Denver Pilot site’s preparedness for potential NDMS activation in response to a large-scale combat operation (LSCO) or wartime contingency overseas.
