Participated in over $3 billion of projects between P3 and power sectors • Led both the largest project (Edmonton Valley Line LRT) and largest equity investment (Kinetica Solar) in Fengate\'s history Project: LAX ConRAC - Bid Director • Lead of LA Gateway Partners consortium, including PCL, Johnson Controls, and MVI • Responsible for leading team of over 100 individuals to common goal of winning bid and closing transaction • The project is expected to be the 10th largest building in the US with capital costs of US$1 billion Project: Edmonton Valley Line LRT - Bid Director • Lead of TransEd Partners consortium, including Bechtel, Bombardier, and EllisDon • Responsible for leading team of over 100 individuals from 11 companies having diverse backgrounds including design, construction, vehicle supply, operations, maintenance, finance, legal and insurance • The project is a 13 km long LRT line including eleven at-grade stations, one above-grade station, a tunnel and a bridge • Total project value is $1.8 billion, making it the largest infrastructure project in the City’s history • Negotiated agreements with each of the City, design-builder, service provider, lenders, and equity partners to ensure appropriate risk transfer and most competitive bid possible • Successfully closed project’s bank and bond financings despite extremely volatile conditions in debt capital markets at the time Project: Kinetica Solar - Transaction Lead • The project includes two solar farms totalling 46 MW that were purchased from developer Kinetica Solar, representing Fengate’s first ever investment in the UK • Originated opportunity then engaged and coordinated team of advisors to perform diligence • Negotiated purchase agreement and structured debt financing to meet Fengate’s investment goals • Presented to Fengate\'s Investment Committee regarding unique aspects of investment, including merchant power price exposure
