About MacAyla Temple

After graduating from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Analytics, I joined the Cincinnati Digital Assurance and Transparency team at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) as an associate. My previous work experience includes internships in various industries. Throughout those experiences, I have gained valuable professional skills through leadership roles and projects that focused on collaboration and developing my technical knowledge. I have learned skills in the areas of professional writing, coding, and project management. While working in eCommerce IT, I realized that I want to dive in deeper and focus on how we can leverage technology in business in order to benefit the company, its employees, and its customers. As an eCommerce IT intern at Cintas Corporation, I was able to take on meaningful projects that made a difference within the eCommerce department. My most notable project is the Selenium test scripts that I coded to test the eCommerce websites\' overall functionality and user experience. I wrote over 10 test scripts that were used across 4 different browsers. Cintas continues to use the test scripts I created to test the websites after each system update. Aside from work, I’m passionate about volunteering, sports, and finding a creative outlet. During my time at Miami University, I was heavily involved on and off Miami\'s campus; I was involved in Army ROTC, Start Strong, Club Softball, Beta Alpha Psi, and Phi Sigma Sigma. I was also an Undergraduate Assistant for the Entrepreneurship Program in the Farmer School of Business, so I was able to help students find their creativity in business! When I\'m not at work, I am most likely at a Cincinnati sporting event, for which team depends entirely on the season, or I am at drill for the Ohio Army National Guard. I am a Platoon Leader for Co B 1-137th AHB (Assault Helicopter Battalion) in Columbus, Ohio. At my unit, I coordinate training for my platoon and collaborate with higher echelons of leadership to conduct missions.
