From planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operation of the establishment; Among all these tasks I also take care of translating and hiring staff. I am in charge of reviewing the merchandise dispatch invoices, in addition to the weekly purchase invoices and the order of the purchases. I organize the tasks, schedules, salaries and even birthdays, since I also usually help in the human resources area. I see daily what we have to start the day, with them we can give support to other establishments if they are short of stock. I perform substitutions in different areas and positions, helping when a worker is sick or on vacation. My position requires me to be multitask and have knowledge in all areas of the company, so that I can help when required and continue with my professional growth. The shift I work is the first one in the morning, therefore we open the premises and with it comes the turning on of the lights, the machines, the checkout, etc.
