Im not your typical recruiter - I spent most of my career in the business - 15 of my 22 years at CH Robinson in sales, account management and leadership. I apply the golden rule \"treat others how you want to be treated.\" and I work to put myself in your shoes. I\'m insanely motivated and I bring a tireless work ethic that was engrained in me from a young age. I have the meticulous organizational skills of a neat freak with OCD. I love to plan ahead but I can adapt effectively when things don\'t go as planned.I\'m an experienced recruiter (Talent Advisor) and I love people! I work with candidates to find the best fit for them. I take a personal approach to recruiting and work to build a relationship with the individual and match them to the best opportunity (even if its not with our company). I try to make the process as painless as possible and maybe even have a little fun. In the majority of our roles pay for performance is built in and lastly the work/life balance - PTO. and the ability to work in life outside of work (doctor, dentist, house, car appointments and most importantly family events).A little about me - i like the outdoors but not mosquitos / flys / spiders / stinging insects / snakes. I can fix almost anything, especially on a house or car and i love solving complex problems. My wife Kelli and I have been married for about 13 years. I have 3 kids (Madison - 6, Jackson - 9, and Parker -27) and I love spending time with them on all kinds of adventures or even just hanging out at the house. I\'ve had 2 Weimaraner dogs in my life and hope to get another one in the future. My favorite food is sushi and I enjoy all sorts of Asian cuisine, however, Mexican food is a close 2nd. I also enjoy cooking food for friends and family. I had a jeep for 1/3 of my life and i hope to get another 4 wheel drive vehicle one day.maybe a military HUMVEE -)
