I am a highly experienced Applied Sport and exercise Physiologist and Strength and Conditioning coach. The founder of Reorgfitness-Performance-Consultancy based from clinics in Leeds and Rotherham UK offering a full range of Health assessments and Athlete Performance testing and coaching. I hold the possition of Elite Performance Manager for a UK sporting NGB the FRF(UK). My Practice (scope of): Sports science CPET testing Physiological Testing Strength and conditioning Elite performance pathway design and delivery Data Analysis Education Staff Up skilling education The preparation of individuals for arduous military courses and ultra endurance events for example the MDS, Atlantic Ocean rowing or Arctic crossings and competitive functional fitness athletes for world and international level competitions. I offer my consulting services to sport and nutrition companies, elite sports teams and squads. I continue to consult to elite units within the UK MOD, the Philippines national police and the Finnish defence forces.
