I am constantly trying to improve all aspects of my personal and professional life. As a teacher, I am tough but fair, and I believe students want the bar set high, so I do that. I take my work very seriously but not myself. I believe success in managing people means getting them from A to B in a way that when they arrive at B they believe they got there all by themselves.
