A newly-created role, I effectively build partnerships with customers, dealers and Deere for the purpose of accelerating pre-launch product development and other learning-related activities that require Blue River Technology to have connection and coordination with the marketplace. Customer insights, data collection, early product testing, pilots and go-to-market planning are examples of product development needs that I will be able to help address as-needed. I also am able to opportunistically take on short-term projects outside of these areas that aim to help programs move rapidly and efficiently on their ascribed product development and commercialization paths.This role is cross-functional in nature, as I work alongside various personnel including product, marketing, sales, support, field operations, data science, and engineering teams at Blue River and Deere. As the Market Acceleration Manager, I interface directly with Deere marketing, sales, support and other teams as-needed, and engage multiple levels of stakeholder management.
