When I was a little girl growing up in Nigeria, I used to dream about becoming the first female president of my country. It wasn’t just a child’s fantasy, it was a bold belief that my dreams were valid, no matter where I came from or how impossible they seemed.That belief shaped my life and led me on a journey to earn my PhD. Today, as an Assistant Professor teaching nonprofit management and public administration, I have the privilege of equipping future leaders with the tools to serve their communities. But my passion doesn’t stop in the classroom.I founded Dream Mentorship because I believe mentorship should be accessible to all women, everywhere. Women need support, guidance, and encouragement to step into their purpose and live the lives they dream of. At Dream Mentorship, we’re working to make that possible! We are empowering women to find their voice, pursue their goals, and break barriers. I am living proof that mentorship matters and makes a difference.My story is proof that big dreams, no matter how far-fetched they may seem, are worth chasing.
