   Oversee the economics of all proposals and RFP responses through leadership of the Deal Desk and direct involvement on larger, more complex opportunities. Review price quotes for Government and C&I customers including index based, cost-plus, traditional fixed pricing, direct derivatives sales; and option structures such as price caps, collars, and floors. Responsible for the overall structure and staffing of the Deal Desk. Work with sales to determine appropriate pricing strategies for customers, and at times attending sales calls as needed to provide expert opinion on various structures. Work with Risk Team to ensure that deal confirmations are constructed accurately, and hedge relief strategy is implemented and communicated effectively. Attend Risk Oversight Committee meetings as a permanent invitee to discuss updates to the fixed price book, adjust trading commodities, or request management exceptions as needed. Lead the Fixed Price P&L meeting on a monthly basis and develop recommendations for increased profitability or decreased risk exposure. Work with P&L Analysts to review P & Ls and 30/60/90 Reviews and determine actionable recommendations based on the findings.
