Activities and responsibilities I am involved in and plan to achieve:Consolidating my deep knowledge of oil and gas industry needs for silled talented staff and initiating process and systems based work procedures to enable the company to provide innovative and cost effective solutions to help our clients achieve high business efficiencies. Aim to establish a global culture driven by sense of accountability, innovation, excellence, integrity and respect. Responsible for designing and executing talent development initiatives to meet future Oil and Gas organizational challenges. Conduct Competency Mapping programs with regular training needs analysis and align development programmes to business strategy to create a future-ready professional engineers, managment and leadership. Preparing budges, planning and scheduling of development initiatives to address identified training needs through blended learning approach and initiating a selfe developent plan for staff. Delivering trainings at multiple levels on diverse topics from communication, strategic planning, quality Managment, team to leadership skills 5. Identifying, and engaging with best in class training partners to provide a portfolio of development opportunities.6. Create commitment and buy-in of stakeholders through Monitoring and communication of ROI for development initiativesQA/QC Responsibility:• Implemeniting company ISO 9001,and 14001 certification requirements, and staff tarining awarness.• Control, direct, supervise monitor and guide application of quality management to all PMC project activities• Supporting PMC management team and the individual EPC project management teams in achieving project quality requirements in line with customer practices and standards•Providing leadership in the development, implementation, maintenance and ongoing development of the PMC quality assurance manual and quality assurance processes, procedures and general management system
