More than 20 years’ experience in Telco, ICT and consulting. My education includes a master degree in Electronic Engineering. Currently I’m working in Sparkle where I lead the Enterprise pre-sales team. Before I was working in TIM, responsible for demand activities of Consumer and Multimedia services: interface between Consumer and Multimedia Lines of Business and IT and Network Engineering Departments in order to make the feasibility analysis of new business initiatives, define the high level solution, the impact on IT and Network systems, and manage E2E project activities in terms of time and budget. Before joining TIM, I have been in Microsoft where I was the Delivery Management Manager of the Data and Artificial Intelligence Global Domain practice; and I have been in Accenture Consulting where I was Managing Director in the Communication Media and Technology Industry Group. I’ve been working for the main Italian Telco Operators and several Public Sector Administrations, accountable for driving and supporting sales, developing offerings and solutions, delivering complex integration and transformation projects, with strong financial control and large teams coordination. Expertise: CRM, contact center and customer operations, next generation networks, VoIP services, Cloud services, Network Function Virtualization, Software Defined Networking, SD-WAN, IMS, Intelligent Networks.
