As a Resident Liaison Officer for the Major Works Team of Haringey Council, my main responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for residents during major construction or renovation projects, coordinating communication between residents and council staff, and providing support to residents during the construction process. In addition, I assist the Major Works Team with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining project files.
