Conduct molecular dynamics simulations using LAMMPS to model and analyze the behavior of liquids at the atomic level under various thermodynamic conditions. Investigate key physical properties such as viscosity, density, surface tension, and diffusion by running controlled simulations and applying statistical mechanics principles. Collaborate with faculty and graduate researchers to interpret simulation outputs and refine models for improved accuracy and performance.
