I lead the People Programs function at Ultraviolet Cyber, a leading tech-enabled managed security services provider. I shape and deliver strategies that strengthen organizational design, talent development, inclusion, and engagement across a multi-region workforce.I work with HR Business Partners, L&D, and senior leadership to design initiatives that are scalable, data-informed, and aligned with business goals. I provide senior leadership to employee-led communities that promote belonging and representation. My remit includes leadership development pathways, I&D strategy, global mentoring frameworks, employee engagement and communications, central knowledge base development, and people operations projects. Several of these initiatives have been adopted across the wider organization. My role is focused on setting the direction for people and culture programs while ensuring employees have the conditions, resources, and opportunities to thrive and lead in a high-performance global business.This is a continuation of my role held at Black Duck - post-acquisition.

I am a strategic People & Culture leader with over 15 years’ experience partnering with senior leaders across global technology, consulting, and purpose-driven organisations.
