Partnering with key stakeholders to identify and attract top early-career talent that aligns with both role requirements and Asda’s values. Supporting candidates throughout the full recruitment journey. From initial application through to onboarding ensuring an inclusive, transparent, and engaging experience. Designing, planning, and facilitating high-impact Assessment Centres to assess potential and select future leaders. Conducting feedback and offer calls post-Assessment Centre, maintaining open, supportive communication with all candidates. Managing the offer process, including documentation and coordination with internal teams, to ensure a seamless transition for successful candidates.

As a Future Talent Specialist at Asda, I’m proud to have been part of one of the largest retail transformation projects in Europe “The Future Programme” My role is all about identifying, nurturing, and developing emerging talent ensuring every individual has the support and opportunities they need to thrive and grow within our business.With a degree in Childhood Studies from the University of Huddersfield, I bring a unique perspective to talent development, blending insights from education, psychology, and career progression.
