In this modern era, an increasing number of people are experiencing body pain, bones, and muscle-related problems. The root cause is unhealthy posture while working, driving, sleeping, etc. If the problems are kept unattended, they cause serious medical complications. Fovera Orthodesign endeavors to address these problems by developing innovatively designed products that help in preventing and healing the postures associated with body pain.
Fovera Orthodesign is a biomechanics company based out of Gujarat, India. The company is led by a team of IIT Madras alumni and mentored by medical experts. At Fovera, we develop foam-based and gel-based products which provide comfort and correct body posture. For example, we have developed Coccyx Seat Cushion & Lumbar Support Cushion for sitting posture, Car Backrest Cushion for driving posture, Gel insoles for walking posture and, Contour Cervical Pillow & Acid reflux Pillow for sleeping posture.
Our products are well researched with Indian anthropometric data, finite element analysis, and ergonomic factors. We received the design patents for - Seat Cushion (DN: 32•••••01), Gel Insole (DN: 32•••••01) & Arch Support (DN: 32•••••01). Probably, we are the only company in India that uses a finite element method to simulate the body model on the product to make innovative designs. Our product range spreads across the field of orthopedic, foot care, sports, foot-care, and automobile.
We are the largest seller of body posture products on e-commerce platforms. So far lacs of customers who already used the FOVERA products and got benefited. We have developed many products which can replace the currently imported products with even better quality and with India-centric design. Our few designs such as foam-based bike seat cushion, tri-foam seat cushion, and pile cushion are the first of their kind in the world. We aim to make India a major exporter of such innovative products.
