I am currently the Manager – Growth & Partnerships at CSRBOX, where I focus on building scalable collaborations with corporates, foundations, NGOs, and government entities. My work revolves around designing impactful CSR initiatives, strengthening partnerships, and driving outreach campaigns that deliver measurable results.Previously, I served as the Vice President of WICCI’s Uttar Pradesh State Council, where I led initiatives on women’s leadership and capacity-building, and was honored as a Women of Significance 2022. I completed my Master’s from Miranda House, University of Delhi (’23) and graduated from Lady Shri Ram College for Women (’21), which shaped my foundation in policy research, communication, and stakeholder engagement.Beyond my professional roles, I have chaired 130+ national and international Model United Nations conferences, an experience that has strengthened my expertise in negotiation, public speaking, and consensus-building. I am deeply passionate about leveraging partnerships, data-driven strategies, and communication to accelerate social impact at scale.

   Spearheaded strategic partnerships and program design across education, WASH, sustainability, infrastructure, STEM and livelihoods, building a diversified pipeline of corporate and foundation collaborations- Led end to end proposal architecture including baseline need assessments, district profiling, sector mapping, intervention comparison, and financial modelling for multi location programs typically ranging between ₹40L–₹70L- Designed investment ready program frameworks integrating theory of change, implementation pathways, scale signals, KPIs, and outcome measurement systems to support partner decision making- Served as a strategic advisory interface for corporate leadership, foundation directors, and program heads, translating ground insights into fundable, scalable development models- Orchestrated cross functional proposal teams, reviewed research outputs, and owned sections from concept framing to budget defence, ensuring coherence across narrative, design, and financial justification- Contributed to growth and ecosystem positioning of CSRBOX and NGOBOX through partner engagement, institutional relationship building, and pipeline strengthening initiatives.
