Hello, my name is Makayla and I am a graduate of Roanoke College. As a business major with a human resource management concentration, I hope to work in an HR department to develop employees and create a positive company culture. Throughout my years of education, I have been apart of multiple clubs, organizations and programs. However, at RC I was a member of the Roanoke College Choirs, Black Student Alliance, the Hispanic Organization for Leadership, Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority, the Roanoke College Cheerleading team, Tri-Alpha Honor Society, the Roanoke College SHRM Chapter, The Order of Omega Chapter, and the National Society for Leadership and Success. I was also a student assistant for the Office of Multicultural Affairs.
