On a daily basis, I manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including intake meetings, candidate searches, CV screenings, HR interviews, technical and managerial assessments, and offer preparation. I support various roles on different levels (from intern to senior) across functions, mostly in Global Procurement and Global IT. I’m prioritizing delivering an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining clear and timely communication with all stakeholders involved in the process. Additionally, I’m providing recruitment and admin support to other Talent Acquisition Partners and collaborating with both local and regional P&C teams. I led the Early in Careers program, focusing on identifying and nurturing new talents to join Roche Informatics as Junior IT Specialists. I’m actively participating in projects to enhance talent acquisition processes and employer branding initiatives.
