Ergos is one of the premier IT Managed Service Providers in the Houston area. I absolutely love the challenges that I face on a daily basis being a Systems Engineer for such a diverse IT provider. Having a large client base has enabled me to get hands on experience with numerous technologies and expand my overall IT skill set. Since being recruited as a team member of Ergos, I have been able to be the lead Engineer on several projects that involved deploying new technologies and solutions. I have been able to configure, deploy, and increase my knowledge in the following technologies and solutions: Ubiquity, Sophos Unified Threat Management, WatchGuard, VMWare, Microsoft Azure, Office 365 (involving local Exchange to cloud migrations), Cisco Meraki solutions, Active Directory, DFS, NAS, Migration Wiz, Server Management, and the list goes on and on. I have also been the lead Engineer on numerous network expansion projects and redesigns. I also work closely with our Live Desk team members as an expert escalation resource where I troubleshoot and advise on escalations that have reached the final tier. Working with clients and the exposure to new and emerging technologies is one of the best benefits anyone in the IT industry could ever ask for.
