We leverage CyTOF technology from Fluidigm to perform ultradeep immune profiling of whole blood and PBMCs with highly multiplexed assays of 40+ markers. High performance RNA extraction methodologies coupled with a comprehensive menu of high parameter IO expression profiling assays supports exploration of complex tumor immunobiology from challenging sample types.
