Accountable for the end-to-end Order to Delivery process. Handling end to end Customer Service and Supply Chain operations activities which includes Planning, Inventory Management (inbound & Outbound), Sourcing, Warehousing & Logistics. Supervising on time order processing in SAP, query handling, complaint handling, sales support and communication with internal & external customers which helps to optimize on-time shipping, fill rate and lead time to meet and exceed customer expectation. Manage operational issues with our cross functional teams, resolving operational queries in a prompt and efficient manner. Monitoring and updating/creating Product Master data in SAP across operational function. Efficiently provided improvement in sales forecast accuracy and optimize on hand inventory volume by SKUs to improve service level. Resulting inventories of finished goods to meet sales demand and established healthy inventory level, stock accuracy with minimum OOS (Out-Of-Stock). If any reporting deviation observe perform root cause analysis and identify and develop corrective & preventive actions across operations. Having complete control on stock movements in my network. Conducting audit of inventory, adjustments, warehouse SLAs and other metrics, and prepare reports of findings to management. Monitoring daily order fulfilment at 3PL warehouses, ensuring shipment timeframes and service level expectations are met. Coordinate with logistics service provider ensuring smooth process flow and collaboration resulted delivery of shipments and timely receiving of goods. In addition, supporting new business initiatives with development, communication, and implementation through partnering with cross-functional teams.
