Worked as Product Owner/Project Manager and my role included requirements elicitation, process mapping, designing mockups and managing project timelines, deliverables, project scope as well as leading the team of designers, analysis, UI/UX designers, and developers.Key Highlights:Requirements Elicitation and Gathering:Worked closely with team Product team to accurately elicitate, gather and document requirements. Formulated BPMN diagrams to depicted workflow and process improvements. Created and reviewed mock flows for design that streamlined design process and reduced client approval process. Kanban:Conducted standup meetings and followed kanban model by prioritizing task based on delivery priorities.Service Delivery:Delivered features and requirements successfully and helped the operations team to completely align with new workflows. Liaison between Engineering Manager, development lead, QAs and other developers to ensure timely resolution of project bottlenecks.Continuous quality assurance:Lead QA team and refined QA practices by refining test cases, test plans and use case testing.
