I have a lot of experience in project management, account management, and solutioning for various projects in different countries and industries. I have used MS Project as a tool for project management and have completed over 40 projects. Additionally, I have good knowledge of Ericsson and Huawei prepaid IN and have written technical proposals for new RFPs.• I have also gathered requirements from clients for development and implementation, created solution documents, and provided innovative solutions to identify new revenue opportunities. Moreover, I have learned about new technologies underlying in various big data analytics platforms and identified technical opportunities for enhancement of the current product line.• Furthermore, I have supported the sales team for RFP compliance and preparation of commercial proposals, prepared integration documents for external interfaces, and integrated the product with various external interfaces like SMSC over SMPP, OBD over HTTP, USSD over API, IN over SOAP/XML, and CDRs over SFTP.• I have also worked closely with project teams for detailed scheduling, estimation, and project execution support, provided clarifications to technical queries raised by presales teams, identified market requirements, and carried inputs for new product feature requirements by designing a solution and sharing it with the product management team to incorporate in the product roadmap.• I have acted as a SPOC for Aircel, maintained a tracker for all issues/new requirements from clients, conducted weekly review calls with clients, and provided weekly updates to my manager.
